　　一、学生情况分析

　　本班学生共有xx人，上学期英语考试成绩如下：

　　这次英语考试成绩不甚理想，其主要原因是：对新教材还没有很好的适应。作为新课程**的第一个学期，我们摸着****，走了许多的弯路。

　　二、教材分析

　　这套教材采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。与原教材相比还增加了文化背景和学习策略等部分，并增加了任务型学习成份和语篇的输入。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A和B两部分。

　　这学期主要通过任务型教学来训练学生的语言应用能力。任务型教学是从活动中获取知识。任务完成的过程，就是一个知识转化的过程；运用已有的知识，通过小组活动，学到新的知识,即完成从陈述性知识到程序性知识的转变。教师备课时重点考虑；如何设置一个合适的语言环境。这个大语言环境又是由各个小语言环境组成，其中一部分是陈述性知识，另一部分则是程序性知识。教师的作用是指导学生通过活动把它们有机地联系起来，从而完成了知识迁移过程。常用的训练活动有以下几项：

　　三、所教班级学生基本情况分析：

　　本届七年级新生在英语基础方面很薄弱，由于在小学英语课并未受到足够的重视，他们在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练，全班50多个学生,有大部分学生连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。

　　另外，学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流；有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识；大多数同学没有养成良好的学**惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

　　四、具体措施：

　　（一）注重发音教学，加强语音教学的趣味性

　　语音是语言的基础，学好语音不但有利于正确地以声音的方式表达思想，而且对词汇的学习和记忆力大有帮助。作为初一的英语教师要特别注重发音的教学，更要重视发音的正确性，克服学生发音不准的缺点。所以，教师如何讲解４８个音素的发音要领和发音比较，让学生掌握好发音规律，并且要像小学一样，采用多种的教学方法和充分利用多**，让学生感到意兴盎然，增强教学效果，就显得尤其重要。根据小学对发音教学不够严格的特点，在单词教学中就要注意元音字母组合，元音和辅音字母组合，辅音连缀，以及多音节的划分，句子朗读等方面的准确性和趣味性。还可以针对初一学生生性活泼好动的特点，选编一些与音素相关的歌谣、歌曲、谜语、绕口令以及小短文等，让学生在有趣的活动中巩固所学音标和读音规则，为掌握好单词打下好基础。课堂中采取多种多样的教学形式，改变传统的教学模式，提高课堂效率。多进行一些“英语小竞赛”、“口语交际”、“情景对话”等活动。

　　初中英语课本有许多词汇是在小学阶段已学过的，重现率高。在讲授单词时，可采用以旧词解释新词，以新词套用旧句型，以新词造句重温旧词，达到温故而知新的目的，做到词不离句，活学活用。也可根据同音、形同音不同的词的特点，写出学过的词汇。为此，可让学生准备一本词汇本，每教一个词，就要求他们写出与此单词发音相近或词形相似的单词，看谁说得多，写得快。

　　（三）、鼓励学生闯过单词关，举行两次较为正规的年级单词竞赛。在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

　　一、学生状况分析：

　　本学期我担任初一的英语教学工作，学生的英语基础知识和听说能力水*不一，大部分学生虽然在小学接触过英语，但应用能力十分薄弱，特别是听力题，很大一部分学生听起来都很吃力。面对学生掌握英语的程度不一，将采用分层教学与整体教学相结合的方式完成教学任务，努力提高他们的英语水*。另外，两班学生在情感态度、学习策略和文化意识方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：个别学生不明确学习英语的目的；有些同学对学好英语缺乏自信，不敢用英语表达；缺乏小组合作意识；一些学生没养成良好的学**惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

　　二、本学期教育教学具体工作：

　　4、要提高教学质量，还要做好课后辅导工作。
