一、转变角色，认真进入学习。

首先，转变自身角色，由教学者向学习者转变，使自己从思想到实际真正进入学习状态。我们的课程一共分五大模块：中小学美术教学中渗透和培养学生文化意识的研究（小学版）、中小学美术“设计·应用”的教学设计研究（小学版）、现代信息技术在中小学美术教学中的运用（小学版）、中小学生美术创作媒材的开发与利用研究（小学版）、现代信息技术在中小学美术教学中的运用（小学版）、中小学生美术活动的组织与特长生的培养（小学版），其中必修课是三个模块，选修课是两个模块。我认真按照培训的要求，进行选课。这一切都深深鼓舞着我要做一个认真的学员，把握机遇，努力学习。

在培训期间，我严格遵守培训课时，认真听课，做了大量学习日记，认真提交作业，编写教学案例，总结学习成果。我们与专家在线对话，与同伴进行平台交流。这些都让我深切地感受到自己教给学生的那点知识，只是沧海一粟。我们要学的东西太多了，而自己知道的东西又太少。教师的“那桶水”，已成为杯水车薪，满足不了学生的需求。因此，要想真正提高自己的教育水平，就要持之以恒地学习，不断的给自己的知识海洋注入新的源泉，不断的提升自己的文化素养。

二、认真聆听专家讲座，提升自我。

在培训中，认真聆听了许多专家关于教育理论，美术教学方法，教学模式专业知识的讲座。他们睿智的观点、精辟的论述、缜密的思维、幽默诙谐的语言，无不透露出大家风范。他们结合自身的心得体会，以丰富的知识内涵对现代教育科学理论进行精辟的阐述，拨开了我们在教育教学中遇到的重重迷雾，使我的眼前豁然开朗。

北京市东城区教师研修中心，美术教研员，中学高级教师，北京市特级何墨荣教师，为我们主讲了中小学美术教学中渗透和培养文化意识的研究，何墨荣在本讲座中讲述了《美术课程标准》对义务教育阶段美术课程做出界定，即“美术课程具有人文性质”，认为“美术学习绝不仅仅是一种单纯的技能技巧的训练，而应视为一种文化学

习”。认为实践课先欣赏作品就是“渗透文化意识”，然而学生作业效果没因欣赏而提高。

本课首先认识“文化”和传统美术文化，探讨如何在教学中培养学生的文化意识。本课程抓住目前中小学美术课中存在的问题，如学生作业所体现的文化性的问题，教师教学中渗透文化意识的问题，以及什么是美术文化等方面的认识问题展开。

针对中小学欣赏、设计制作、绘画等类型课的特点，具体介绍如何通过改变教学方式和学习方式，在课堂教学中渗透和培养学生的文化意识的做法。在课程的最后，对教师提出从学会一种传统美术技能开始的建议，使教师意识到从自身做起的重要性。

本课阐述的观点是传递人类文明，传播美术文化要从每节课开始。在参加学习的过程中，使我更新教育观念，开阔眼界，思考如何开发和利用本地资源，进一步提高对普及美术文化重要性的认识。通过观看教学录像和本课讲座中的课例、课件，借鉴其他教师的成功经验，联系自己的教学实际，提高自信心，把自己对此问题的新的认识落实在各类美术课教学中。

他们的讲座折射出一种责任，表现出了一种大师的风范。另外老师们还近距离地和参加培训的教师进行交流，了解一线教师工作中的困惑并帮助指点迷津，他们平易近人的态度使人倍感温暖，兢兢业业、严谨治学的敬业精神着实令我们敬佩。

第二模块由现任北京教育学院体育与艺术学院副院长为我们讲授了中小学美术“设计·应用”的教学设计研究（小学版）。课程分三部分：

一是教学新理念与教学方法研究的讲座；

二是教学分析与专业技巧研究与实践；

三是农村学校如何开展工艺制作课程论坛。

本课程以专业知识讲座、作品演示、案例分析、教师对话的方式开展教学，力求做到结合教学实际，教师有用并具有知识的前瞻性。在学习中，我借鉴了很多有特色的教学内容，并有选择地运用到自己的专业创作与教学实践中去。

第三模块由中学高级教师、中学美术教研员李汇洋老师为我们讲了《中小学生美术创作媒材的开发与利用研究（小学版）》，她提出拓展教学思路，发掘美术创作媒材，就是引导学生应用美术知识，施展美术技能，实践美术创作，提高创新能力的有效的途径。使我更了解美术媒材俯拾皆是，种类繁多。要发挥创新精神，合理使用教学资源。打开创意之门，播下创造种子。

此次培训中，老师认真的辅导，使我的理论水平和操作水平得到了显著的提高。

三、拓宽视野，更新观念。

能参加这样的培训学习，是领导和老师们对自己以前工作的肯定和认定，大家对我寄予了厚望。想着想着，我就有些汗颜，因为自己实在积累的很少，很浅薄。这次能有这样一个学习交流的机会，我真的很珍惜。通过学习，拓宽了视野，使我耳目一新，教学理念也发生了翻天覆地的变化。我不仅要改变那种传统的教育观念，树立正确的师生观，而且要增强热爱教育事业的信念。只有从观念上更新，允许学生提出独到的见解，为学生创设一种和谐、宽松的“心理安全”环境和无拘无束的“心理自由”环境，才能创造出师生平等，其乐融融的教学民主的气氛。

为期三个月天的培训结束了，我满载收获回到工作岗位。培训，是一次专业的引导，一次经验的分享，一次难得的充电机会；培训是一份荣誉，也是一份责任，更是一份激励。
