　　(一)_____(下称本人)于200__年__月__日与_____(下称"发展商")签订《商品房买卖合同》(下称该买卖合同)以人民币_____元及接该契约之条件向发展商预购座落于_____之房产。

　　1、同意银行以无折(卡)支取方式在授权扣款帐户中按贷款合同规定扣取贷款金额入发展商( )的帐户,授权银行在该帐户中代扣印花税(金额为:贷款金额的0.05‰),以及扣取银行每月供款和过期罚息。

　　2、若因扣款帐户余额不足或本人其他原因导致银行无法按时足额扣款,本人承担由此产生的违约责任。违约后第一笔还款由本人在 三 日内到银行指定的网点办理。

　　3、若扣款帐户发生挂失、练结、结清,或本人需要变更扣款帐户,本人应到银行办理变更手续。在变更手续生效前,若扣款帐户已无法足额抵扣款,本人应到银行指定的网点办理还款。

　　本人确认并声明此项委托是不可撤回的,除非得到受托人的书面同意。本委托书的订立、解释及争议的解决将适用中华人民共和国法律,受中华人民共和国法律保障。
